The Skoda Kodiaq Scout is now available in India at an ex-showroom price of INR 33.99 lakh. It misses out on features like the virtual cockpit and the 360-degree camera which is offered on the top-spec L&K variant, however, gets useful new additions. Powered by the same 2.0-litre TDI engine which makes 150 PS and 340 Nm, it gets a 7-speed DSG gearbox and a unique 'Off-road' mode which works under the speed of 30 km/h.
It also gets underbody protection, dual-tone 18" alloy wheels, Alcantara upholstery, a panoramic sunroof, 10-speaker Canton audio system and a luxurious cabin. A 7-seater SUV, it rivals the Ford Endeavour and the Toyota Fortuner.
