I did it with my wife's nail polish remover! It didn't take much time.

My black version of the 1335's light blueish markings came off very easily with just Isopropyl Alcohol. No damage to finish at all.

I've heard good results can be obtained by using Goo-Gone or Rubbing alcohol, but with the painted case it's always gonna be tricky just to remove the markings and not the case paint. Cheers!

Yeah, I messed up the pint on the gold one, unfortunate for me I didn't have a Goo-Gone available during the filming. I also changed the strap on the black one, I used an after-market AE1000 strap, its 20mm wide. As for my AE1200, I will retain it as "stock". I will upload a review of a SKMEI 1220 tomorrow. You may want to check it out. It's an ana-digi watch, a homage of the Casio AQ320. Cheers!

@@watchjunkie1251 I think no matter what product you use it's always gonna be tricky since it's two painted layers, so in that regard you did good with the WD40. Personally, I try to avoid plastic watch cases with metal paint because sooner or late the paint is gonna come off. I liked the silver version 1335 but ordered the black one because of that. Can you swap the cases from the skmei to the Casio module

Is it possible to use a Skmei strap on a Casio royale? I'd like to have a black Casio ae1200 with a black steel strap instead of the classic resin one

Yes, you can. Ae1200 and this Skmei have same 18mm lug width, you can interchange them.

How to remove the marking on the inner?

Have to access the inside by removing 4 screws on the back plate and remove the module. I used WD40 to remove the markings. You can also use rubbing alcohol, acetone, or a googone. Hope it helps.

I don’t mind watch branding at all but that Skmei logo is particularly ugly. I just can’t stand it. I’d rather it be completely logo less if possible and with a Skmei. Hopefully they change their branding.

No need to remove the markings just remove the watch not enough the copyed casio but skemi over all it crap one of the worst watch company's ever

Sorry to hear you have some dismay on Skmei brand. I mean c’mon, its under $10, cant expect much with that price. As for functionality, it’s pretty standard, it function as its suppose to... tell time. These watches are long gone from my possession, I already gave it away. Have a great day!
