See, being Brazilian, english is my second language and I struggle sometimes with the aussie accent (even more than with scottish accent). I keep thinking "why do I even watch this channel", and then before the first half of the show is over I am already cramping from laughter... Good show guys!

Forget what they told you, take it out immediately. If you take it out before its fully healed over theres a greater chance of more of the hole closing itself. If you leave it and it heals, that hole aint closing at all and your going to have to get surgery. And in the surgery they're going to have to cut out the healed part of the hole before they then stitch it up. So taking it out right this second is also going to mean less has to be cut out or any at all if your lucky. The smartest thing you could do is take it out now. And just keep it very clean,

when getting an MRI, all metal that CAN be removed IS removed (regardless of whether or not it's magnetic)

Laughing so hard I couldn't breathe! surgical stainless steel = not magnetic. Too small and wrong type to set off (most) airport metal detectors. BUT, it's very visible on the airport x-ray scanners - I imagine those folks have seen it all. Probably going to take it out after it heals? Hey at least you'll be able to stand and piss again, though you might have to hold it like a flute for a while. 😁 Thanks for the episode!
