Wash face with hydrating cleanser after brushing teeth, 5% Niacinamide, (For brightening 10% niacinamide, melasure gel, cream, good sunscreen) 2% Alpha arbutin instead of melasure gel (if alpha arbutin is thick then after niacinamide) Pm Double cleanse [Niacinamide Kojic acid (a little more than pea size) Moisturizer] 3 times a week Another 3 times a week Glycol 6 Niacinamide Moisturizer 1 day rest using hydrating products only Use only 1 month, then take break of 1 week (use only niacinamide & hydrating products)

Hey Nipun thats such an in depth video. Since i have been following you and your routine, my skin has improved a lot. Now, i really wanted to talk about my findings through trial and error. I have found 2 such products. One is called dremz ultra cream and another is kojidis cream. Both have niacinamide 5%, kojic acid 2% and alpha arbutin 2% cream. Just the kojidis cream has additional glycolic acid 6% in it. Both are under 300. So i use kojidis 2 times a week and morning aur alternate nights me i use dremz ultra. Both are great. So anyone looking for minimal routine can buy these. As always, skincare is subjective, talk to your dermat, patch test is recommended and be super disciplined with sunscreen.

@@komalpreetgill5022 Hi Komal, I'm happy to share my skin care regime but please be careful when using some of the actives I'm mentioning. Tretinoin for example is a prescription grade medicine & can cause purging & irritation (I've been using it for 11 months now so my skin is used to it). Please use it only after consulting with a dermatologist, or you can use OTC available retinol as a substitute for tretinoin which is much less irritating. Here goes my routine; 1) Monday to Thursday Morning routine: Gentle cleanser ---> Toner ( I use Klair's) ---> Klair's vitamin C (5%) or any vitamin C of your choice---> Alpha arbutin serum (2%) (I use minimalist's or Plum's) ----> Moisturiser ---> Sunscreen Night time routine: Gentle cleanser ----> Tretinoin on completely dry face, then wait for 25 minutes before applying moisturiser 2) Friday to Sunday Morning routine : same as above Night time routine : Cleanser, then toner, tranexamic acid from minimalist, then snail mucin essence and then seal all of it with moisturiser And that's it. I've gotten several shades lighter since I started following a rigorous skin care routine. Also I've no hyperpigmentation and I only occasionally get pimples since I started following it.

@@varshasehgal7563 There's no research that says using niacinamide two times a day is bad or dangerous for skin. In fact, my dermatologist says you should incorporate niacinamide in your morning as well as night time routine for faster results. It's perhaps the safest active there is. For me, I don't use naicinamide serum separately. I have a moisturiser that contains 2% niacinamide that I've been using for the last 3 years. Don't worry about it. You can use it two times if you want

No, u should not use glycolic acid and retinol on the same day..... Use glycolic acid on twice a week at night... And acidic acid cream or gel on the day

why can't we apply sunscreen first? i just always had this question whenever i apply AM skincare i do sunscreen first then my moisturizer and if i need primer i do that, because i think if i apply sunscreen last my makeup ends up looking bad
