Which brand would you recommend for exfoliation in night time routine for acne prone skin? I see you use la roche posay effacular as moisturizer in morning. Hey doc what's your take on Neutrogena dry touch sunblock? Have you used it? Also literally no moisturiser on earth suits my face so my face ends up getting super dry during winters. I'll give cerave a try hope it won't gimme a bad reaction or make my face feel "heavier" 🤞

Thank you for the vedio. What is your opinion on chemical and physical sunscreens? Do you have any recommendations?

Great video but I would change Face massage to Microneedling, like for real, as I got older I have tried almost everything to look younger + delay aging as much as possible (Never tried filles or Botox though), anything from face exercises, vitamin C serum, Fraxel, collagen supplements and of course Retin A, which is way better than retinol, (7 years straight), home devices and what not. However, nothing made any real difference compared to the high-quality derma pen I purchased for around 100 bucks. Within 3 months of use, my skin has improved DRAMATICALLY. I don't look like I'm 18 again, but definitely not 46 either. My fine lines have disappeared completely, and my nasolabial folds are way less are nonexist (Never had jowls though). People often underestimate the power of wounding and the revolutionary effects it can have on the skin and instead just spending hundreds on creams, serums etc which will do so little if anything, I strongly suggest you to do some video about that, your audience will thank you.

+1 for kora beauticaIs. I've been doing microneedling since it started 12 or so years ago. Nobody believe I am 55. They all say I am in my 30's or early 40's. As you know, as we get old, our skin gets thinner therefore creating wrinkles. But the wounding kept my skin still thick and youthful. Your comment will help so many women to restore their skin..

Not the Doc, but the general recommendation is to wait a minute or so for the moisturizer to soak in and then apply the retinol!

This brand is really awesome, I was also facing similar issues, Effaclar due duo and facewash worked for me. For me, only issue with this brand , it is not avaliable in India. In Europe it is cheap and easily avaliable . I hope they will launch their product in India As well.

CeraVe has released a moisturizing cream with LSF 50. Would you recommend it as a day cream or is it better to get two products, the cream and the sunscreen separately? As for the night time routine, do use the moisturizer before or after Retinol? And do you leave it in your skin till next day? Thank you in advance.

I have been facing severe acne issue from ever since I was 18(now 25) and it continued,almost Destroyed my face with scars and open pores.
