Sweet ride! I’m interested in ordering one. Do you have any insight on how this boat does in rough water/bigger swells? Looking for something that can fish flats as well as do light offshore work weather permitting.

I still have my deposit in with Mel on a Matecumbe 169. I was waiting on him to do one with a center console so I could see which way I wanted to go. He has done one now. He also initially told me he wasn't going to do a livewell in the 169. He has done that now too. I rarely use one but we will fish for Tarpon with mullet sometimes so that's a plus. I also haven't been in huge hurry since I like this one so much. He told me he could start on mine a couple weeks ago and I said cool send me a build/price sheet and we will go from there. I haven't seen one yet so I don't know if something came up or what.

@lowcountrytobackcountryins3049 when i bought my Cayenne there was a Matacumbe 189 for sale. Cheap too. I wanted it bad but it was very bare bones. They are some gorgeous skiffs. I'm very pleased with my 2018 Cayenne though.
