Here's a little inspiration for Spring sketching! Daffodils are the first flower to pop up in my garden, so I took a few minutes during a beautiful afternoon to sketch them.
I used my Pocket Art Toolkit, sketching with a Sharpie pen and painting with the Rosemary R9 Medium Squirrel Brush in a small Moleskine sketchbook. I played with splattering paint, using both the brush and a mini toothbrush head I often carry.

My colors used included the following Daniel Smith Colors: Hansa Yellow Light (which I added into my palette at the last minute for the bright petals!), Hansa Yellow Deep, Sap Green, Cerulean Blue Chromium, French Ultramarine, and a little Permanent Alizarin Chrimson (trying for fun instead of my usual Quinacridone Rose)
