Ha! Bonus frontside flip skateology at 0:11

Thanks Adam, Chann is always impressive to see especially in slow-motion! Is there any chance you guys could get together and do a Skateology on the Bigspin Kickflip 360 (as seen in BATB7 Chris Chann vs Chris Cole) ? That's one of the sickest tricks I've ever seen and Chann landed it so clean it hurts. Cheers!

Nice, but I think that is just a forward Big Flip (360 flip with 180 body "varial") A Bigger spin kickflip is a 540 flip with a 180 body varial. When he preforms it, the board spins 360 and the extra semi spin is just supposed to be considered part of the 180. If it was a bigger flip he would catch it after the 540 then spin 180. Still Badass, but I think the title should be renamed. If you don't agree, please respond with your feedback :)

There is a lot of confusion/disagreement about what to call a 540 flip with a backside 180 (this trick) and a 540 flip with a backside 360. I've seen them both called bigger flip but that doesn't make sense - they should have different names. In BATB7 Chris Cole vs. Chris Chann, The Berrics called this trick "Biggerspin kickflip." And a 540 flip with a backside 360 they called “Bigspin kickflip 360" in the same video.

Adam Shomsky Thanks for the feedback! :) Yea, there is a lot of controversy about what it is called. Especially when the tricks start getting this Gnar it's hard to even know what's going on. But thanks to your channel and the slow mo cam we can really digest the beauty of skateboarding. Thank you for making Great videos, and I hope you can continue this series as long as possible because it had a Real impact on my skateboarding skills!

The tricks that Chris Chann does is a biggerspin flip,and what you're talking about is called a gazelle flip but you're not the only one to make this mistake I've seen/heard a lot of skaters call it like this,as people calling a fs boardslide a backside boardslide,because you turn your body that way..etc

Think of it like this: Big Flip: Varial + 180 Bigger Flip: Tre + 180 Biggest Flip: 540 Flip + 180

He can catch them and land them straight down gaps and stuff, in his video part for example. But on flat, kinda difficult to do the whole thing, only guy I've really seen do a clean catch and land on flat would be Nick Tucker.
