It’s dope seeing Felipe Nunez skate but I don’t understand why they put him in a regular contest instead an adaptive one. If u think about it, no matter how well felipe skates he’ll never have a REAL CHANCE to make it on the podium. I say that cuz there is now way for the judges to fairly score him on the same point system they use for all the other pros competing. Considering none of those judges have ever skated with 2 missing legs it’s not possible for them to know the difficulty level of the tricks felipe does. I kinda feel like him being in this contest was a way of making him(and other skaters like him)feel included & never actually expected him to be competition for the other guys skating

That’s pretty much what it is. He can never win in regular but he’s so good that in the adaptive category he would crush everyone. So honestly it makes more sense to put him with the “regular” guys even if he knows he can’t actually win. It’s great for ratings and PR too.

I find it interesting how differently each of the competitors react to Felipe Nunes. Gotta love him being able to be part of this, this is skateboarding. All about creativity and less about training discipline, enhancing drugs or body type...at least for now.

The Competition Break was the coolest part! Watching the worlds best just casually skate i could watch for hours. As a viewer it kinda feels weird watching them only work on one thing, kinda like their coming in cold, sometimes not landing anything for the viewer. it would be really cool to see them all skating on a park and have them take turns hitting the current event, giving it their own little area on the map. then if they miss it the just skate on and can keep practicing in between and we get to see it all. that would be dope but i know im ahead of my time on this one so sad face

My rankings: Gold: Mark Sucihy that rail grind was unique. Silver: DeShawn Jordan He nearly fell off his board but he landed it. Bronze: Felipe Nunez first time seeing a skater with no legs so I didn't know what to expect but he put on a show.

It’s pretty pathetic I was unable to watch it smooth during live streaming in 2022. It’s extremely pathetic you guys were unable to upload a smooth version to KZread. There’s no excuse for this. My eight-year-old cousin runs a more consistent KZread and fixes broken uploads faster. As he has no interns lol

The description of this video says spoiler-free, but at 1:38 it tells me who won the street event. And here I was thinking I'd be able to watch these videos later and in no particular order for once. That's my bad though. I should just look at the schedule at this point and watch in that order to prevent any spoilers. But come on X Games, at least have the right description or edit out spoilers properly.
