These videos are great! Ive been trying two nights so far and gotten up to 5 meters with the sideways stance. It can be frustrating to no end but when you finally get it you can feel it before the knife even hits. I want to get to trying the other styles as well but this style appealed to me visually the most i guess. The hardest part i thought was getting the stop right and the index acceleration. I learn fast by watching and these videos you've made are pure gold. Saves so much time and frustration.

This. I can actually hear the difference both at the release and at the hit. There is a ton of power in skanf, it is just difficult to learn

This is but one of your teachings that holds me spell bound. You make it look so incredibly easy I understand about muscle memory's and practice, practice, practice some more. I would be very happy if I were ever half as good as you are ,thank you again so very much.

I like this style a lot, it is similar to what they use in chinese martial arts (of course without knife), the fa jin. Great explained, thank you

Thank you very much. FS has the highest quality but is expensive. You can check throwingzone too. He also makes my arrows. Very beautiful, more affordable. Knives are made of Hardox. Very good, but not as tough as FS. I use just crap selfmade stainless steel knives.

In the Feldin technique, the knife leaves the hand in a vertical position, then rotates 90 degrees to land horizontally, head first in the target. With the Shank technique, does the knife always stay straight, pointing towards the target even at the point it leaves the hand? Thanks, Tom Tom!
