I think Skai does better in more slow and delicate dances like foxtrot and tango because she brings a lot of emotion and energy. I feel like when it’s fast she won’t be as clean. Still salty she didn’t make it to the finals!

I agree completely about the slower dance styles but as a dancer for 25 yrs the first 3 styles the 4/5 they show in the compilation are some of the hardest dance styles to learn/preform and you gotta have the that real trust in your partner…and they have to learn these dances so fast for the show. She did a good job. The Billie Elish week 7….she was incredible!

12:28 I’m actually so mad for her that the spin was not performed in front a live audience taping because we know the overwhelming crowd response would’ve been such an invigorating hype up for Skai!

Princess and the Frog performance is probably my FAVORITE of them all! The dance fits the song so well, the costumes are gorgeous, and it’s so energetic and gorgeous. Love it!

I love seeing how she gets better and more confident over the weeks

I feel like week 7 was really her breakthrough. Before she was flaky and inconsistent, but from that point on she was on point and comfortable. She got so much better at facial expressions, instead of just holding that stiff fake smile. Such bs that she was eliminated. She was easily the most improved and that should have been recognized.

I love how the choreographer utilize how light her body weight is to do flips with her and spins.

Damn her leg work got superb throughout the competition

Skai has had the most interesting road I’ve ever witnessed. She’s had slips and missteps and has managed to come back from them. Wanted her to be in the finale but I can say that I with a lot of people. Favorite dance goes to Week 7. Week 1: 7 Week 2: 6 (it was one mistake. Im not gonna take away 2 points for one mistake) Week 3: 6 Week 4: 10 Week 5: 8 Week 6: 6 (but I also think Vernon should have gotten a 6) Week 7: 10 Week 8 Dance 1: 9 Week 8 Relay: Aj: 3 Kaitlyn: 3 Skai: 3 Week 9: 9 Dance Off: Skai Week 10: 9 Week 10 Dance 2: 10 I think she did really good. Wasn’t surprised she’d get paired with Alan 😂 they made a great team. But their elimination will always make me mad. (Sorry Nelly 😬)

I love when she messes up and he encourages her and stops a bit for her to compose herself and she keeps going! That’s what makes u! The show must go on and it shows how strong they are together. Her partner is very creative and uses her flexibility to their advantage.🙌🏾💪🏾

she actually did really good for someone who doesnt dance !! and when she messed up, she picked it right back up, and she looks happy for the most part. Im proud of her !!

People kept saying she needed to go home all bc of her 2 mistakes🙄. After her 2nd incident, she continued to make progress. Her dances was amazingly good. She just needed to work on her feet position in some. But other than that, ion think she deserved to go home. But least she made it half way. Cameron would be proud 💙

I love each performance 👏👏👏 Her moves on the 8:27 performance 😍. She’s so graceful when she moves & based off other comments she apparently did ballet. Makes sense. It seemed like she was gliding.
