Absolutely overjoyed that SKT are the first two time winning world champions, but KOO deserves the highest form of respect. They are the real cinderella story here, almost all of their members were considered washed up and would never amount to anything but they made it all the way to the finals and even took a game off the unstoppable SKT. It's been a fucking incredible year and I can't wait for more!

+Poobum FTW no maybe kt but not koo.koos wins are based on good pick bans and good execution of strat,mechanics wise they are not that strong.KT is quite dependent on Ssumday splitting and their Nagne is not very good mechanically.unless a skt player leaves,i belive they will remain top,even more so if they get a better support

8 years later and i still think about this game a lot. the epitome of this era's "skt takes a tough loss, faker decides it's time to win, locks in ryze, and there's nothing their opponents can do about it" it's why, despite his career-long statistics for azir, leblanc, and orianna being better (including more than twice as many azir games), riot's right to have branded ryze as The Faker Champion.

I think they're about the same. Personally, I enjoyed SSW's games more for the stylishness, but watching 2015 SKT carrying on any lane the enemy doesn't touch is just amazing. I was a fan of SSW since OGN Spring 2013 when they were MVP White, so I was very disappointed when they disbanded. SSW have a better early game and the game pressure was unreal. 2015 SKT, however, have better strategy, and in terms of "flawlessness" I think 2015 SKT were superior, since they just don't make mistakes. Shame they didn't exist in the same era, so it's really like comparing beef to oranges. If I had to pick a team to support, honestly, I can't.

@@user-if4jr6os3i Domestically, SSB did better, but this was more to do with consistency than actual skill level, SSW were never the most consistent team. Then SSW's true strengths came through in Worlds. Not only was it 3-0, it was 3-0 in a very dominating fashion. And it wasn't just against SSB either, SSW absolutely thrashed in Season 4 Worlds, and put on probably the most dominating performance of any Worlds tournament till date, and it doesn't seem like it'll get beaten, ever.

This must be the friendly world match I see. Every team is happy and respected each other

Faker is such a monster. He draws so much attention, he gives the outer lane so much freedom to push. Friken Faker!

Faker said in an interview a few weeks ago that this is his progame with the best performance of all time (SK Gaming Interview)

Kye Bray I said out of the meta because only faker play Ryze in competitive at the moment. And like you said if you do a mistake you are fucked in a trade. And of course there are a lot of champions in the current meta that can be a huge problem for him.

I simply don't understand these teams at worlds. Everyone one knows, if Faker picks a champion 3 times, that should be first thing you ban.

The group stage of this world's was probably the most interesting ever, but the finals were the least interesting ever

Bans and picks are apart of the game so I feel bans and picks are apart of the strategy of the game instead of one being more strategic then the other.
