Hello there, I have exactly that flying eagle EU45 in red, had to do some workaround to make them feal comfortable. Those are F6, next F7 model is much more comfortable everybody saing but at max size has EU44. Thinking of my next pair to be those F7 or FR1. This vid is very handy to find out about FR sizing by the way to me.

Thank you very much for watching!! If I had my choice it would be FR1 all the way. I recently purchased the new UFS boot from FR which I'm planning on upgrading with the parts from my FR1 deluxe boot. Hope the weekend brings you more time to skate 💯😃🎊🎉

I havnt skating in years and I bought some fr2 80mm. They are so tight to the point I can't move my toes...and I'm wondering if they'll break in or if I should try a size up.

Thanks for watching!! It depends, are the skates so tight that you are in pain? While a snug fit ensures a responsive skate discomfort makes skating impossible.if you are in pain go-to a size up if it feels tolerable you may be okay in the current size. Don't be afraid to really get a proper fit so skating can knees again be a fun and positive source of activity once again 💯🎊🎉😃

Thanks for watching! I'm my opinion flying eagle can definitely handle some abuse. However I will say in my experience I've had more luck with FR brand skates. Depending on what type of abuse the skates will endure. The shell of the Flying Eagle is comparable to powerslide and FR skates but has more ventilation to help keep feet cool. This can be a good and bad thing depending on if you are planning on doing a lot of slides while urban skating like I do, the inside of the skate boot will eventually wear thin. In this instance more material will always be a benefit. If you are planning on doing more slalom style with less chance of higher speed falls the eagle is perfect. Overall I definitely recommend Flying eagle f6s but also investigate the options from FR 😃

@Sami Mohammed ah yes! I know the feeling, where I live I've had to order every pair of skates I've tried on. I would need to drive to a place like New York to visit a skate shop. Any skate with a hard shell and multiple buckles supporting the foot is a great skate to start with. The F6s will definitely be a fantastic skate to get you moving 😃

Imperial is more narrow fitting and I think flying eagle more average. This could help. I had imperial (never tried FEagle) and I like them but I have normal feet and it was hurting, but good quality skate

Thx for the vid. Getting off the cvd couch and starting skating again. My 15yo cheapo's finally bit the dust. Happy because my arches hurt after 10 minutes. Might be because of the heal rise and skinny heels / ankles. Backwards skating was intolerable. Now in my 30s and tired of crap skates, I'm looking for the last pair ill ever need to buy. I've been looking at the fr3's but just found the f5s. I didn't know the falcon boot was comparable to the fr boot and couldn't find any info on it. I'm now considering the f5s for the cost (100 bucks less). Durability from road rash isn't a consideration, but comfort and arch pain is. Fr seems to spend a lot of attention to possible hot spots and a secure fit, so I've been leaning toward them. Is FE's falcon boot really comparable to a boot 100 bucks more? Is it just your foot shape that the Fr fits or could you say it because Fr really has a better boot and liner? Also, can you comment on the stiffness in the cuff between the two? I plan to upgrade to 110mm or 125mm frame shortly after. I'm tired of floppy cuffs and firmness to help w the additional hight.
