You research you content well and your presentation is superb. However your background team needs alot of customer relations training. I sought help to purchase the budget excel sheet and the guy i met on WhatApp line was uninterested to help, tired, almost rude like i was begging to get it for free. It was complete contrast of the impression i got when you talked about it. He must be a guy who worked in a government office before. Thats where they perfect treating customers with such disdain...Ishidwe

Realised lack of literacy leads to making wrong choices and also deter us from making critical decisions pertaining to money matters. For me, money anxiety is surrounding family issues/burden that has been longstanding and I am not sure how to really get out of this. I work so hard, yet cannot save. This information is enlightening and thank you for providing us with this knowledge.
