I feel silly, it's obvious when I'm looking at it now but in-game I never noticed the fish ever being incomplete, and never noticed the chomping animation it does at 3 stacks. I guess I was too tunnel visioned on looking out for a color change like Tristana E to notice the obvious. Thank you for pointing that out!

It used to change color before his rework ^^ Just checked his champion spotlight and there it changes from green to yellow to red. It's kinda weird that they removed the visual clarity of such a important ability
