These days, many people lead a very sedentary lifestyle. Chances are you’re watching this because you sit at a desk in an office all day. Then, you sit in your car for your commute home, and when you get there you continue to sit, whether you’re watching television, relaxing in bed or sitting on your computer for the evening.
In this video I want to show you an exercise that will activate all the muscles that aren’t being used, even if you have to sit at a desk for 8 hours.
