Seriously though, did anyone else get a major transmission from this video? Watch with headphones, turn up, allow the tones, harmonics in background to do their thing, gaze into Eckhart's eyes the whole time. Push thoughts away. Just you and Eckhart eye gazing, no thoughts. Its captivating! Since the first time week ago, I was offered and accepted a job ive wanted for years, I have incredible insight, clarity and inner knowing. My whole vibration has shifted. Very nice. Yes ET has the ability to transcend and send his higher frequency for others to receive when the student is ready . He allows the pointing words and sixth sense transmission to all as he sees his neighbours as himself not Other. Yes! We are so fortunate to be so blessed by Eckhart's wisdom and generosity. To give love is to receive it. That's why he is so young. I'm 75 and loving the love I feel at this moment. There is no yearning for more. I am satiated and feeling vibrant. I am so grateful for having arrived into presence.

Many people have the idea that they have to climb up to a position where they will not be disrespected by other people. But think about it. Such a commitment is just a testament to how sensitive you are to the eyes of other people. In other words, you are making that commitment because you believe that your own value is determined by the evaluations and perceptions of others. So please remember this sentence. “When I am not influenced by other people, other people will start to be influenced by me.” If you live with the idea that you have to be respected by all others, every day will just be an endless war with yourself. On the contrary, once you start to allow yourself to every possibility, every day will become an adventure. The distinction between good experiences and bad experiences will disappear. Negative experiences, unexpected situations, and things that you have always been avoiding will gradually come within your range of my comfort, one by one.

The law of attraction was my life for over 10 years. I lived a dangerously destructive lifestyle. On one particularly bad night, I believed I was going to die. Meditation is the trickiest thing ever. You can't understand it, you can't complain about nothing happening, cause nothing is expected to happen. And yet everybody seem to enjoy it. I'll keep practicing, though. Thanks Eckhart 😊

This really affected me. I've listened/watched hundreds of Eckhart's talks, meditations, teachings but this specific video has more power than any I've seen. I was struck silent by this and moved to tears. There's an odd strength about the way he is sitting in presence. I've rarely looked at a 70 year old+ person and thought "wow, they look strong". But that was my honest reaction to this video. I admire that strength more than any physical form strength.

I am yelling because I am so emotional right now. 27 years I am trying to find help with my trauma and PTSD issues through meditation or (I am still a bit under the influence, I can't find the word)..Jeez.. hypnosis! No one accomplished the tiniest fraction of what you did for me in a 30 minutes long KZread video. I will continue to follow your work extensively. I was moved to tears with this one! I saw pure love, the innocence of a little child, so much beauty and grace. My heart was filled with gratitude, while realizing the blessing of this teaching as well as this teacher. I feel so happy and abundant knowing that grace has led me to this place, here and now, sitting with this beautiful spirit, with myself actually. It has always been a dream of mine to sit with Eckhart. With this video my most favourite teacher on earth at least fulfilled my dream, not physically, but as near physically sharing the timeless stillness with me.

Jean-Paul de Beer I don’t find the two, learning to be present and having a personal relationship with the Lord , mutually exclusive . I don’t know much about the law of attraction, but I do believe that our intentions behind our thoughts and actions are what bring us peace or strife. Do we really (intentionally) want to judge and control others or love and be of service? For me “Presence” is “God” and you can definitely see it when it shines through someone.❤️

No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6 It would be nice to see Ester Hicks walk on water, heal the blind, raise the dead. It would be nice to see her willing to suffer for us, and die for us like Jesus Christ did. All I see is a bunch of lies that has made her a bunch of money.

No matter what time it is. No matter what the date is. It is always today. When we went to sleep last night, we went to sleep today. When we wake up tomorrow we will only be waking up today. Plan the future, but we only build it today. Reflect on the past but we can only learn from it today. We are only alive today. There is no substantial sense of life within past or future. When we say we have a bad past, we are only creating a bad today through memory. When we worry about the future we create stressful moments today. And it is the same for good! Whether or not we think about good or bad memories or reach for some certainty of good or bad future experiences, they only obscure the liveliness and understanding of the only thing we have which is today. Don't stop planning, don't stop reflecting, but stop our attachment to the concept that our lives revolve around past and future. Stay present my friends 😁💓

Perhaps not only by practicing presence but also an understanding the futility of deriving a quality of life through past and future we can cherish the moments we have now without any past insecurities or worries how things may end up. If we put our attention solely into our relationships now and not into if there is a future with someone, hopefully we can have more healthy relationships with others. Take care and have a nice day! Do you know if he resolved his depression or just ignored it? I think there is nothing great about this teaching. It is dangerous to advice to ignore your mental issues and just ‚be’.

@@zawepygler1223 No one has said to ignore any mental agitation, feelings or emotions but rather being with and gently allowing whatever arises...seeing whatever is here from conscious presence...the 'seeing' allowing and openness is where the healing lies.

@@zawepygler1223 Hii Zawel, it has been my experience that a major symptom of my depression and anxiety has been intrusive extreme irrational thinking. This type of thinking was uncontrollable and was destroying my life. It was through Eckhart's teaching and the practice of presence that I was able to move beyond identification with these thoughts and became an observer of them. Have you read the power of now? The brilliance in the teaching is the simplicity of it, and how he explains how the mind has become dangerous when we're identified with it. Once the veil had lifted for me, I recognised the feeling of calm and lack of thought held much more meaning, intelligence and power than the mind identified state. I am still learning and have only brief experiences of this presence still but I am practicing.

Anna B Eckart Tolle says thorought his book that the ‚tormentor inside people’s heads’ quoting Tolle in any form (feelings, anxiety, thoughts) should be removed as they block you from ‚bliss’.

@@minnesota7010 I first read his book in june 2015 and the following six months were just wonderful. I was constantly present and consequentely in the flow of well-being. I was shy and introverted at that time but that changed when I started to practice presence in my relationships. I stopped judging people and started to feel them beyond their minds and suddenly I was surrounded by friends. People would just approach and like me spontaneously. Presence changed everything in my life. My relationships are great, I'm healthy, I love my job, I'm prosperous and recently my dream of going to Australia and living there for a while has come true. How did all this happen? Well, only by being present. For example, let's say you want more prosperity, "asking" is not the right approach because that implies that you don't have it. The right approach is to go deeply into the present moment and being aware the realization of a dimension in which nothing is missing. So, favourable conditions for prosperity will start to happen in your life and anything you decide to do from that state of presence will be affected by a high quality energy that flows through you. Whatever the question is, or for any changes you want to make in your life, the best path for that it will always be only one: presence. Be present and consequently everything in your life will change for the better. I probably made some mistakes that I didn't realise since english is not my native language, but I hope you can understand me. Anyway, I really thank you for letting me share my experience with you. And last but not least: be here now. ❤

I see eckhart as a tool. Personally I was broken for many many years. Finding him, after my awakening a handful of months ago, has been a blessing. I would not have heard him then because I was not ready. Only from the depths of despair was I given the gift of gratitude. He’s the right tool to assist in my repairs. Grateful.

@@jeffforsythe9514 I'm here to help. You seem to be under the illusion that people on here who know they've been helped by Eckhart Tolle, will be convinced he's no good just because you say so. Hmm🤔 In the deep, wise and profound words of the current U.S. President Sleepy Joe-"Aww, c'mon maaan??!!". Seriously, when people know deep inside themselves that Tolle has helped them gain a greater sense of peace, you have no more likelihood of convincing them he's no good, than you have of, for example, convincing a koala bear not to like gum leaves just because you don't find them yummy. Begone silly man!

As I sat, I felt my pain body roar, as it has lately in such energetically tense times. And when I acknowledged it, as not ME, but the energy field of past pain, I felt it begin to blow away. There's layers to it. It was like a ring of fire, eventually smouldering and finally, the ash simply blew into the wind. Back to the no-thingness from where it came. One moment at a time, may the beauty of Conscious Awareness bless every soul who walks this Earth.
