I keep the push notifications switched on for my videos cos I don't want anything I've created to be used as a platform for people looking to make nasty comments. So, if you've got something VILE to say, don't bother. It'll be gone. This is not a place for meanness. Leave that to Tom and Lindy. X

Triple G rocks. Love the non PC content. Brilliant show
GGG is one of the most underrated sitcoms in TV history, the writing, casting & acting is unbeatable, I've been watching it for over ten years and it still feels as fresh and hilarious today as it did way back when. James in particular was sensational, Kathy ofcourse goes without saying and Johnathan Harvey is a phenomenally talented comedy writer.

We've just binge watched the whole 3 series. I'm sure I laughed more this time round. They need to make a Reunion one off.

I love James Dreyfus, it's criminal he's not on tv constantly.
Gimme Gimme Gimme was British comedy at its best. Kathy and James played their parts perfectly. It would still work today, a comeback would be a huge hit. Seeing Linda and Tom older would be hysterical.

It used to air on gold (Scotland) a few years ago but has stopped. Back in 2015 they were considering it and Jonathan Harvey wrote a new episode but the BBC said it was "Too Rude to air ever again". I really don't think they would be allowed to air it again nowadays which is a shame because it gave me so much laughs. Like Little Britain, this is probably next in line to be banned. The snowflakes will probably in a few years will deem it homophobic and ban it. People need to stop them, they are killing comedy.
(Tom) I’m in distress!! (Linda) I’m in this dress!! 😂😂😂😂 Classic lines, love this show.
It needs to come back as 40 year olds living together again!!!! Loved how it was sooo not politically correct !!!

Wish it could come back everyone gets offended by everything 🤫😂
I’m gay and I found the non-PC humour hilarious (and tbh have known people like Tom and Linda) and was not offended at anything. But then I’m not a precious gay man and can understand the difference between observational exaggerated humour and someone being vindictive. Which this show wasn’t - it was just laughs.

Yep that's the way to go! Shows shouldn't be censored that much and perhaps people could still understand what derision is and have a sense of humour. I was shocked to see little Britain removed from Netflix etc.. Ridiculous.

He gets more handsome as the years go on...
"Tongues can be vicious things, Linda" "Ooh, I know..."
I just love James Dreyfus, so under exposed but luckily whenever he does something, it's brilliant. Gimme Gimme Gimme is British comedy at its best. No one was spared, PC was sidelined and the results speak for themselves.
Still my favourite sitcom Gimme Gimme Gimme- I've watched the episodes hundreds of times and still laugh my head off- still watch them regular. The acting and script writing 'Phenom' Kathy Burke & James Dreyfus AMAZING DUO. 😘💞😘💞😘💞😘💞😘💞😘💞😘💞😘💞😘💞😘💞😘💞😘💞💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄
My sister and I still quote this masterpiece every time we get together. It’s our all time fave sit com. I have every episode on DVD and also saved to my Sky planner! 😊
This was smashing. A lot of my friends and I spent many hours over many years quoting Tom and Linda (and still do). James is a great actor xxx
Seems a really nice, down to earth guy. Loved his roles on Thin Blue Line and Gimme Gimme Gimme, pity they didn’t last longer.

I watched it as a teenager and loved it. I even got my parents watching it. I still love it to this day 😊
I loved how silly this sitcom was. Just silliness, nothing to think about in depth, no bullshit PC nonsense, just pure unadulterated silliness :)
What I love about Gimme, Gimme, Gimme was the otal lack of pretence. It wasn't being meta or high art, it was pure vulgar pantomime and it worked so well as it knew itself and audience. People never took the fact it wasn't trying or wanting to be esteemd it just wanted people to laugh and it did. Add in superb comic performances from the leads and it was a winner.
I love James Dreyfus, such a brilliant comedian and actor and just naturally funny! I met him once and he is a really nice chap too! As much as I love Kathy Burke too, for me he made Gimme Gimme Gimme the best!
Excellent chat. The first time I've seen James out of character, and he's lovely.
James is really such a good, charming person
I recall an headline in an online newspaper that said; "Amy Schumer, the worlds funniest woman". My immediate reaction was; "WHAT? Have you ever seen Kathy Burke?". James was brilliant in both, The Thin Blue Line (I used to see his co star, Mina Anwar quite regularly as she lived near me) and Gimme, Gimme, Gimme. GGG was the last of the actually funny comedies and the two of them worked so well together. Yes, I'd love to see James in another sit-com, too.
So many great episodes, it's difficult to pick a favourite. The whole cast work so well together. The wedding episode has me in hysterics every time - "You silly fat tart!" 😄
Gimme Gimme Gimme needs at least a movie come back.

Absolutely love James dreyfus , he is a great actor and I love everything he's done in his acting career.
I'm in distress! I'M IN THIS DRESS 😂👗😂😂😂😂😂😂!!
Gimme Gimme Gimme holds up on so many levels, especially the downbeat ending makes it all the more impressive.
Gimme Gimme Gimme, was and has always be 1 of the best things to grow up with ❤ 37 and still laughing my arse off 😂thankyou for being there when life sucks.
I love the mutual respect and caring tactilness. Such a wonderful interview. Thank you.
It wasn't everybody's cup of tea but I found the series hilarious. Dry humor at it's best.
Thanks for the interview. I really enjoyed it.
I love The Thin Blue Line
Absolutely fabulous interview .so very relaxed. So lovely to the writer's got a mention.
Great interview. Richard Dreyfuss is very intriguing. There's wisdom, wistfulness, snark and kindness in his demeanour. Definitely would be a great dinner date.

Such a talented guy. I'd love to see him get a role in one of those epic HBO or Netflix shows that allows him to get his teeth into something meaty.
He's aged very nicely. Very handsome.

I love gimme gimme. Great video, James is a lege 😊
Amazing. Really brilliant format and content 🖤
Ooooo he’s aged quite well. Distinguished gentlemen. Like a fine wine better with age. 😍
He's entered doughy middle-aged gay status with grace and dignity. Props on the kitschy decor. Spoons is better than Mrs Brown's Boys. "with censorship as it is now, we'd never get away with it" - how depressing...
I'm still hoping for a gimme gimme gimme comeback even if the cast haven't got together to make it happen.......yet... I mean some of the jokes may have crossed the line a bit but there never was an explicit visual accompanying those jokes so what's the big deal?
BRING IT BACK PLEASE
Brilliant interview, ggg always watching & quoting, and James was amazing in caberet when I saw it on the west end years ago ❤
I watched a few episodes again the other day. We're still always saying "Don't be so ridic". (And "Och. Dearie me" from High Life).
Very quick witted interviewer , loved this and the spoon sketch was def funny ;D . This actor is a REAL actor and he would be a magnificent baddy / serious character anyone can see that
ive just watched Kathy Burke and then James Dreyfus being interviewed on this channel and loved them. Tonight I will dust off the Gimme DVDs and enjoy a chuckle or two. Absolutely loved them. I so liked the interviews Ive subscribed to this channel. Many thanks.
Amazing Actor for me, Especially Gimme,,,, I still watch it religiously,,, Thankyou

Thanks Andy,LOVED this!!!!!
James is under rated and needs to be on TV more!!! I'll write him a menacing character to play!!
Thanks for posting this Andy. You are both brilliant! I seem to recall reading an interview with Jonathan Harvey where he mentioned the censorship thing. Apparently he'd written something new but the BBC chose not to commission it. When he spoke to them about it they said it was because it was too offensive. He informed them that it he'd written more offensive jokes in Gimme Gimme Gimme, and they responded by saying that if he'd written Gimme Gimme Gimme today they wouldn't have commissioned that either.

Fantastic interview/video!
What a joy to watch. Thanks
I watch this every morning getting ready & every night ... not lieing at all love it brilliant my mam is like Linda so I feel like I can relate 😂😂😂
I love the work he's been doing for the Big Finish Doctor Who series. James struck me as an actor I needed to follow after all his 90's stuff. I still also have good memories of his part in Gormanghast. Granted it wasn't a big role but he still stood out. :)
