As a kayak builder I found your ideas very interesting - especially on hull design and the extra volume (but not height) in the bow

Why the heck did you guys choose to position the day hatch in the middle??? It’s a big mistake dropped by other manufacturers 25 years ago or more… Choose one side so it’s easier to reach while on the water. Other than that it looks fantastic 🍻🍻

There's tradeoffs in either direction and obviously most designers go with the offset dayhatch, but there you've got the issue that when the hatch is relatively full items can end up being packed in the opposite side of the hatch, making it an even longer reach.

@@CurrentDesignsKayaks Sorry 😞 Things may shift either way inside the compartment but if you are not a Yoga master/Contortionist you just can’t open a centrally located hatch lid. Thats why everyone dropped this option 😩😩 But, if you guys are happy with customer response and sales numbers are good maybe my opinion doesn’t matter 😄😄
