I live in Chico, CA and will be retiring in less than 2 years. I am a home Care physical and love to hike and ski. What is the cost of the availability of the small development that you showed in the sisters video? I would be interested in the smaller model?

Hi there! Thanks for watching! I graduated from Chico State (a long time ago!) and we have a Brewery (Spider City Brewery) owned by 2 Chico State Alum! If you send me an email I can send more details (noralovesbendhomes@gmail.com). The smaller 859sf unit just went Pending. It was listed at $577,500.
