Bhaio ye houses costly h bhut koi fayda nhi india mein. India mei mostly hot whether hota h inme garmi bhut lgti h bina ac nhi reh skte. Aur floor mei sound disturbance b hoti h jb walk krte h . Aur foundation toh RCC aapko krni hi pdegi khud se wd nut bolt fixing aarangement aur uper se above plinth lvl inka cost minimum 4500 ra per sqft aata h. It's too costly

Bhai, Agar prefabricated house starts in India it was more helpfull for the people like me. Because in my place the total cost of house including transport comes to Rs 75 L to 1Cr.

The CRZ rules are for the safety & prefab should not be used to circumvent the regulations. It would get the prefab industry a bad name by association. However there’s a big market for prefab homes for low cost housing like the government homes for the poor or government structures. My neighbor’s farmhouse in Pali, Maharashtra is a prefab home and I’m planning on making my own (in Coonoor), and I have just started talking with Tvasta.

Foren ka or humare yha ka environment ka difference hai wha storm aate rhte isliye furniture type bnwate h easy hota humare yha earth quake k hisab se bnane me safety zaruri hai to ye bas sunne or dekhne me accha lagta hai , kese Colgate ne apna jgh aapke ghr me bna liya aapko pta v nhi chla jha phle datun use hota tha

I guess it would be a hot house made up of metals and cement which would be hard to live in under the scorching heat of Indian weather. Barish and winter mein to takleef ni hogi but summer mein humare kebabs ban jaayenge prefab house mein.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. Currently there are companies in India that make multi-storey modular homes, but they are not quite impressive for a permanent house. We will keep you all updated with more videos on how and from where these type of houses can be purchased.

Safety koi issue nahi hai. But probably there can be a better design for that places also which will provide good Air Circulation inside while maintaining Good Room Temperature.

Currently, prefab homes are made for small areas only. But it can be made for permanent and large-scale houses. It is definitely not a bad idea. But you should also consider the fact that there will be some kinds of design limitations, and if it really fits your needs.

Sir...is there any dedigner architect.. and how much load they can take..suppuose first floor u want to keep garage.. on hilly regions

If the land is yours, then it should not be any problem. Because the electricity meter will be allotted to your land, then you can take it inside the house on your own. What they are saying exactly?

@@undezyn yes land is our own. They are telling this is not permanent home tomorrow if you shift somewhere we can't run behind you people. We told them this is comes under eco friendly homes and we don't have budget also to build a home so we did like this. They are not ready to give this thing in written also.

It's already in India, even i had worked with one of this company suroj prefabricated house in jejuri pune... But it's not cost effective,durable,soundproof etc. Many drawbacks... This two persons sitting there are jst slave only talking abt America America .... Idiots

That's an amazing thought! While these structures are made to be mounted on foundation directly, but if we strengthen the columns or create new ones, then probably it should work. But no one is making these types currently.
