@@hemantjain2387 currently don't have much choice instead of going with conventional construction methods. That leads to price rise overall in the market due to demand and raw material . Alternative options like this can be an option.

@@hemantjain2387 what he means is that once the cost of making houses goes down then all the super high cost houses in metros and tier 2 cities will witness a drop in their prices including rent as there will be a surplus of houses everywhere.

That is absolutely true! Every technology is not perfect from the start. This we all know from our history as well. Our purpose of this video is to make people aware about these houses, so that while this technology is getting close to livable, we all prepare ourselves to getting ready for something new in 5-10 years. I am An Architect precast house is not economical for only single house because the factory have to make moulding then concrete por in those molding.. so moulding make is costly for single bouse. But when we make same type of house in mass production then factory make only one molding and it use for making multiply house then it is economical for costumer.

Hi, Architect sir Please go through our video again, and we have other video on this subject. There are many types of precast houses. Rcc precast house is just one and rare type . Which is not very common. So in short it is more economical and feasible

The structures itself are cyclones and quake proof.. specially the container houses.. but additional precautions can be taken by mounting them correctly on the foundation/plinth via nuts and bolts.
