Sirens issued in South Korea after North Korean satellite launch
South Korean authorities issued emergency alerts and brief evacuation warnings after North Korea launched a satellite toward the south.
Sirens were heard across Seoul as the authorities issued a warning asking citizens to prepare for potential evacuation. Later alerts said the warning had been sent by mistake.

I heard that siren and voice when I just woke up and prepare to go to school.. The voice was saying: "Attention, As of the present time, a warning alert is issued in the whole Seoul area. Citizens, please prepare to evacuate and allow children and the elderly to evacuate first. This is a real situation."

You are wrong. South Korea is still a country in a ceasefire. Civil defense drills are conducted every two years to prepare for North Korean airstrikes. 당신이 틀렸습니다. 남한은 아직 휴전중인 국가 이며. 2년 마다 북한 공습 대비 하기 위해서 민방위 훈련 합니다

북한이 실제로 탄도미사일을 발사했는데 그 미사일 항적 궤도에 서울시는 포함되어 있지 않았는데도 오발령한 케이스입니다. 실제로는 백령도 지역 주민들만 대피했고, 사이렌은 일본 오키나와에서도 발령했었습니다
