Yeah, Ronaldo is little arrogant in The Starting with Messi & other & he knows it very well that in the past he is little arrogant but from last 4-5 years he is completely changed & i love him & respect him & I cried when i saw Sir Alex & Ronaldo & he is waiting for him with a hope in his eyes like a father.

The face Sir Alex made after Ronaldo turns around and leaves is the face of pure love, adoration, pride, nostalgia and happiness like a proud father for a son. Even that little tap of the arm, like a fleeting, reluctant goodbye.

As a Portuguese national, I gotta say, we owe Sir Alex a great deal. Not just because of the 2016 Eurocup, but because of the nearly 2 decades of good results Portugal has had since 2004. He was the right mentor for both Nani and CR7, these two geniuses were two key pieces for all the knockout appearances we've amassed in these years. Imagine if instead he had gone to LFC to be coached by Houllier, or to Barça to be coached by Rijkaard, all due respect to these coaches, but Ronaldo would have been a different player. Thank you Sir Alex.

I played football in high school and one day I saw my old coach in a Wal Mart and instinctively I yelled “COACH!” From across the aisle and he, like SAF in the video had the biggest smile on his face as I walked over to him. Once a coach and mentor always one.

The look he gives as Ronaldo walks down after the greet really gets me. A truly proud father figure. Forget the football even. It’s what management is all about. The skinny kid who he turned into one of the world’s greatest. To be happy for him, knowing he deserved it after all the dedication. Pride and love. You get the feeling Ronaldo is the one Fergie would sit with a glass of wine in his chair and just, smile to himself as he remembers.

Sir Alex is a real Man, he patiently stood there..waited greeted, and felt proud. He too have won many trophies.. he too had fab career but it takes a hell lot of a character to stand in crowd and to wait for such a small meeting. That sum up almost everything. Love you sir Alex.

You can tell a few things about SAF: He is genuinely happy for his ex players. The expression cant lie. Legit living legend, he is still very down to earth. Congratulates everyone he knew, even Pepe one of the least popular guy. The way he looks forward to see CR, pretty much a proud father waiting to congratulate his son whom he raised to be the star. Yes hairdryer, boot to Beck's face and all, but SAF one of, if not the greatest manager ever. And a great human being.

Yes there have been Peps, Joses, Van Gaals, Contes etc etc but there was something really different about Sir Alex Fergusson. I remember the Man Utd matches during those days under Sir's leadership. That team never gave up even to the last second of the game. That was about the time when I was representing my district in state level soccer somewhere in the world and watching such a team spirit and a lively coach was inspiring for me. Unbelievable!

To have that mutual respect is very rare and lovely to witness.

I used to dislike Sir Alex when he was still coaching, which had of course also to do with him being a rival, but what a man! Pure dedication to his craft, club and players. A class act and one of the most legendary managers of all time, if not THE most legendary. Also credit to the Manchester board for keeping him in the driving seat for such a long time.

Ronaldo would not be what he is today without the guidance of Sir Alex Ferguson. I believe that Sir Alex played a crucial role in the development of Cristiano's professional character and, in a way, personal too. The affection and respect between them is notorious. A great moment, this one.
