I'm more scared of sink holes than tsunamis earthquake or tornadoes. You can see where the tsunami and tornado is coming from and I got used to earthquake. You don't get that with a sinkhole it just... swallow you

Think about the 60 foot cavern that collapsed. That volume had to go somewhere. Maybe a cave system fell in. Missing volume is not good.

There is a sink hole in okc that had expaned a month ago on Martin Luther King Avenue and NW 35th St. It was not near a home thank goodness.

I would rather deal with a tornado. At least you get a warning. Yikes!

Yeah it’s crazy how sinkholes work I was talking to this one stranger and with 30 seconds he told me that he just lost his wife and his kids all he said was “they got swallowed up by the earth and i never saw them again” I’m like wow OK

They forgot the 2007 (?) man in Florida who was swallowed while at home. He was never found

just think how many poor innocent animals or babies havent been rescued

Good thing that one sinkhole was outside and near a hospital
