PSC 60 Machine can get capping done for CRC, Screw capping & Press-on cap & ROPP capping, etc.
In the video the caps & bottles are oriented towards the machine with the help of Vibrator & Conveyor to get the capping done with the help of pick & place gripper the caps are placed over the bottles, once it done the servo based capping head tightens the cap at the required torque. After the capping process is completed the bottles are oriented towards bottle detector where it detect the bottle & if there are any issue detected will reject the bottle automatically.
