Trumark make automatic screw capping machine which is suitable for all types of plastic bottles such as hdp,pet,pp bottles cap.In this machine the bottle are kept on the conveyor and it takes the bottles ahead one by one and caps are put into the vibratory bowls which feed and align the caps one by one and the bottle is moving ahead
and picking the caps and moving forward towards capping operation and it locks the cap to the bottles. This all procedure of moving bottle is done by star plate
Machine have a special capping head made of stainless steel with magnetic torque setting system and fingers with PU linear to avoid over tightening and scratching of the cap.
We have other capping machines also for caps like ROPP, crown cap lug cap.
