    I want to fucking smash my laptop. I Downgraded to 4kg to see if I can go real slow and understand this (basic for everyone except me) movement. I get it right one or twice, one way and one side, then it s a mess. Is there a video of mills with the trainer facing AWAY from the camera?

    Check out Mark Wildman’s YT videos of club mills. Also, search for mills on the Adex YT channel.

    This is a series of techniques blended together into a flow. You need to start with the basics. Inside circles, outside circles and shield cast. Then progress to inside and outside pendulums, swipes, 180 degree pullovers and then you can progress to mills. Once you understand how to perform each technique, this kind of flow will make much more sense.
