The way Hajime molded her voice to reach varying range and strength reminds me a lot of Enna. They're pretty similar in the sense that they are nasal talkers, basically pushing air through their nose and thus making for a juvenile sounding voice. But oh man, once they start singing and pull all the way from their stomach, that's when it gets real for real

I hope you are doing alright after taking on this huge undertaking of translating Hajime, Yura! 🤣 Jokes aside, the contrast between her speaking voice and singing voice is really 🤌. Divine, exquisite.

I said this on other comment but I see Hajime clips/ translations took longer time to post. Even the Japanese clippers, who posting with subtitles, took quite a while. Then again it's still the first week, we just haven't get used to her speech

Everyone quickly forgot Chloe's talking voice and singing voice. This is well within parameters compared to that.

I'm usually pretty good at understanding accents but really Hajime is like barely understandable to me half the time, I don't know if it's because of her dialect or because she just mumbles a lot but I don't think I could make it without the subs 😂

@@masufame There is a famous italian comedian/singer that is exactly the same, he has a strong lisp when talking normally but a very powerful and clear voice while singing. If you're curious about it his name is Luca Laurenti. So I guess if you train hard enough with your voice you can sing like that on command, it's probably just a bit tiring because it's a conscious act.
