No es un mantra es un SHABAD. de nuestro 10o. Guru Gobind Singh, nuestra religion Sikh. Que no es religion pero Le puedes llamar asi, realmente Sikhismo es un DHARMA, Creemos en UN SOLO (digamos Dios). En una sola fuerza luz Divina Universal que esta en todos los humanos t en todo el Universo. Nuestro Templo principal esta en el norte de India en el Punjab. Ciudad de Amritsar, los Sikhs no somos hindues no Creemos en varios diodes ni entidades SINO SOLO EN UNO. Que es igual y equitativo para toda la razas sin diferencia de si haces yoga o no si eres de otra religion o no , sin distincion de classes socialer ni colores ni castas ni diferencia de mujer u hombre. Es un Dharma de veneracion ala Luz Divina. que da vida, Su iniciador fue el 1er Guru Nanak dev ji, luego tuvimos 10 Guru's mas, no rezamos sino adoramos x medio del canto de Shabads=poema's y mantras mantra es una sola palabra u frase para poder iniciar tu meditacion, y si hablas cierto. Al repetitie estos shabads omPoris o salokas. Encontrarles muchisima fuerza. Y energia, nuestros Guru's meditaban al. alba y al entrar el,sol. I purchased this on cassette tape at The Golden Temple in Baltimore back in the 1980's. I fell in love with it and still have the tape. I used to go there for yoga class and they had a little food counter where I remember my first taste of hummus and really healthy food.
