This is one of my favorites from them and the faces Austin makes, he just looks like he's having fun.

This was Home Free's *_very first KZread music video!_* Released just a month before they appeared on The Sing-Off. It only took them 13 years of state fairs and several line-up and style changes before winning the show finally gave them their break.

Awwwwwwwww... Thanks for the great shoutout. I'm glad the spreadsheet and my wee support on Patreon help. ✌ I love HF's rendition of Wake Me Up and although all of the guys are amazing in this (as usual), I especially enjoy listening to Adam's beatboxing, Tim's bass line and Austin's skatting. Btw, Marco, you posting your singing on KZread finally helped me find courage to post at least an MP3 of my singing on Twitter. It has mistakes and I'm still tempted to take it down, but it's at least something. 😉 (And will you post more of your singing soon? 😉) And last, but not least, I think it's time to add *Home Free's Sing-Off performances* to the spreadsheet. 😁😎🙋‍♀

Yes.. their performances WITH the judges remarks and the before scenes!! Fun to look back to see what catapulted them to where they are now and hear them talk about and show snippets of when they were starting out.

Although I can't take credit for the idea since I was inspired by Marco mentioning one of their subscribers had created a similar spreadsheet for another group to make the reactions easier for them, so I decided to do the same for HF to make HF reactions easier for M & A. 😉 The "Is it safe to react?' part is just an educated guess based on the experiences of other reactors and my own, but unfortunately, it can never be 100% accurate because of the inconsistency of the strikes (some reactors seem to be more affected than others) and because not every reactor mentions when they get a strike. But I really hope that M & A will be able to keep reacting to the videos from the spreadsheet without too many problems because I love reactions to HF's official videos - and especially reactions from these two because they are my absolute favourite. 😍 However, should the official videos start causing a lot of problems to M & A, there are still oodles of live videos from HF's shows, so the guys can always start reacting to fan videos instead. As long as they keep reacting to HF, all will be well. 😁 And a lot of us Home Fries have very loooooooooooong playlists with live videos, so we're more than ready to help. 😂😎

OMG! Thank you Monica for doing this for these guys. I actualy saw Ali singing along for the first time ever....I think. ;) I hope now they'll check out some more of HF's older video's and some of their live concert video's, too. Great reaction guys. How could you ever doubt what HF could do with a song. It's always great. That said, I understand what you were saying about Tim. This is one of their first, if not, first videos recorded after the competition. Tim, being the 'super human' super bass that he is, they just wanted to showcase him. I think in their later material they have mixed what he does and to an amazing effect. Great reaction as usual. Keep it up.

Wow! So crazy. I was going to work additional hours at our Covid vaccine clinic tonight. On my way there, and when I left, I heard Holy by Justin Bieber-which Austin recently covered. Then, after Holy the radio played Wake Me Up When I’m Older and of course, I’m thinking-I’ve only heard HF’s cover of this and it’s so much better,! So I get home and find you reacted to this and I missed it. Way better than the original does it mean something that 3 songs I heard were all HF related? I love this reaction. Marco always has some analytical to say. However, Ali’s reactions are more like my own. Home Free just makes me 😊 I really like Austin’s semi-yodel/skat on this. Now, he’s no Franzl Lang mind you, but he does a great job.

Nate: I've heard all of their stuff that they published on KZread and Spotify since 2013 (not that I've been following them for that long; I just mean that since I discovered them, I've listened to all of their stuff they released since 2013), and even to some of their older stuff (with other members - Elliott Robinson, John Kent, Matt Atwood...), but I love their current line-up the best, so I hope they will keep it for a very long time.

I've been a fan of Home Free since the Sing Off! You HAVE to listen to their cover of Bye Bye Bye! It's amazing. Tim hits a low note that's.....wow!

You guys should check out "{Home Free: Patreon Party} Lil' Red Riding Hood" Its a bass lead by Tim and a song they never made a video for. One of their best by far.

I've just seen your reaction to Avi's Sweet Adeline, and since Marco mentioned how much he enjoyed Avi singing higher, not caring about being known as a bass, and he also seems to enjoy when Tim glides effortlessly throughout his vocal range, I think you guys should react to Tim's original *The Land Of The Free* and his cover of *Can't Help Falling In Love* because he uses a lot of his vocal range in both. Both are videos with just a static image, but still worth listening to. Tbh, the whole Tim's solo album *The Best That I Could Do* is worth listening to. He wrote, or co-wrote, all but one song on that album.

This should be seen in one of their concert videos so that you can see Adam and Tim do their dance moves that get the women screaming, it's great lol.

Austin looks so young in these, lol! I have to say though, as far as voices go Rob is my favorite. His voice is just so angelic and can really pierce you to your soul.

In addition to loving Home Free, I know you are GoT fans. I'm seeing Home Free next month on the 18th and just finished decorating my living room with all the GoT weapons I bought. I always love your reactions.

It's not a critique, it's a what if.

Hi there. They did have Tim sing higher. May Day! He had to sing the bass guitar. Plus, his 2 octaves lower in those couple areas were perfect. Made it dramatic. Perks up the ears! If he sang the bass line higher, Austin, Rob, and Chris would have had to go up as well. When I listen to every note Tim is singing here, it is very smart and difficult. He doesn't have the benefit of words which make whatever harmony being sung that much more difficult. His execution is perfect. He's easy to hear and follow. Tim and Avi are really intelligent and talented singers. They know what sounds to use for each note, and add a flair that really isn't replaceable. Avi's bass line in Pentatonix's version of Royals by Lorde is so interesting! This is what I am talking about. They are so experienced at what goes where, and if a new sound would work, just to change it up a bit. Thanx, Mindy
