This anime is such a vibe, just like the openings. I assure you: you'll never regret watching this anime, because it's soooo good

mob psycho 100 is about a young midle school psychic named shigeo "mob" kageyama. the show focuses on Mob balancing his school, home, and (part-time) work life. it's comedic in nature with great focus on character development and relationships as they go through life's supernatural and everyday problems. words I'd use to describe this show: heartwarming, charming, funny, deep, unique, special, supernatural by the end of it you would wish there was more, because you'll want to live in this world, protect these characters and have fun with them.❤

Mob Psycho 100 is basically about the social and emotional development of a boy with psychic powers.

I really like the phrase "if everyone is not special, maybe you can be what you want to be". And it is a part of the trama is about this.

To put this show into a short sentence: A masterpiece of a growing-up story about a boy with psychic powers.

this show is really an underrated masterpiece, don't let the simple art style fool you cuz you're gonna enjoy this anime. So far the best one I've ever watched

you will never ever regret watching mob psycho 100. its incredibly funny, but gets so, so deep and honestly the main character, mob, is one of my favourite characters of all time. hes somehow very close to my heart and his journey is so heartwarming and wonderful. also the animation is one of the fucking best ive ever seen, especially in season 2 and 3. its absolutely magical.

It's a coming of age story about a boy with psychic powers in a world that has spirits that most ppl never see or interact with. The synopsis doesn't do the show justice tho. The writing is very good. The animation is very good. Everything is very good. This show is amazing.

One of the most wonderful shows ever

There is a boy called Mob. He is having a regular schoolkid life trying his best to become a better person. There is only one small special thing about him - he has immense psychic powers and if his stress level reaches 100% it may mean the end of the world. With a premise like that the anime is surprisingly chill and heartwarming about overcoming issues through dialogue instead of fight.

The bass intro to 99.9 is just amazing, I am a novice bass player and I can't even imagine slapping with such speed and precision.

This show is pobably my favorite anime. Has such a good blend of humor and badassness. The character writing is among the best in anime. The art style is whacky and fun. The music is amazing.

Me watching season 1 opening: Holy shit this is a trip! No way they can outdo this opening. S2 OP: Heyyy! S3 OP: Heyyyyyyy! They just keep producing bangers. And its an awesome anime if you want to watch it!

You were probably told this by now, but the Mob Choir was made specifically for this series, and they consisted of many of the Bones employees. A wonderful band! This is a coming-of-age story about a boy who just so happens to have insane psychic powers. You'll actually see the broccoli in the end of season 2- This series is beautifully written and one of the best I've ever read and watched.

If someone asked me what my favorite anime/manga of all time would be I would definitely have a hard time picking the best but I could easily stand proud and say Mob Psycho 100 would be one of them.

simpletons would say its about a guy named shigeo kageyama who goes to school and fights evil people with his psychic powers. but the truth is. its a show about the question of oneself and how to fit in a world where you don't really belong. and to see what you can and cannot do. and do all you can to help people. Mob psycho is an adventure of a young man in his teens trying to find himself and learn to love himself.

the funny part of all, is that everything in the openings are something important in the anime (yes, that includes the broccoli, the tomatoes and the spoons of the 1st op)

Man I remember when op 3 leaked and that just fuelled up the hype of the final season like crazy 🔥

No spoiler sinopse bellow: One, the creator of Mob Psycho 100 said that he wanted to create an epic story about a small step. And thats what Mob Psycho is about. It is a very good show that everyone should watch because it is the kind of show that sends a message. The background of the anime is about a world just like ours, but haunted by ghosts in rare places. There is a very few people that have psychic powers and Mob, the protagonist, is an extremelly powerful esper, but he is timid and don't show off his talents. He is a normal kid, trying to live a normal life and he faces normal kid's challenges such as social anxiety, especially while next to a girl he likes and so on. He is introverted and tries to repress his feelings. The reason? I'll let you watch to find out.

I think everyone can say this is a great complete anime in a (somewhat) small package of 3 seasons (35 episodes).

i would absolutly recommend MP 100. I've intensely consumed hundreds and hundreds of anime and manga, and this one is easily in my top 5 of all time. Also i've used those opening themes as alarm clocks for a good while

Mob Choir really did an amazing work with all of the openings. Just amazing work. Like others have pointed out this show is about a high school student(Mob) who has extraordinary psychic abilities. The show is kind of his growing up story in a sort of way. We follow him around as he struggles to balance various aspects of his own life. I've watched over 200 anime at this point and MP100 is easily top 10 for me. This show is just that good. It's weird, hilarious, heartwarming and hype af. I heartily recommend it.

KZreadr Mother's Basement has several videos deep diving into the first wo OPs, where he talks about all the symbolism and references in them, as well as more technical stuff like specific things done with he animation. Like the zoatrope thing in he second one is real, not just an animation trick. Someone made physical model of it and it is fully funcional.

Mob Psycho is essentialy the exact opposite of One punch Man. Where Saitama is Stong AF but he no other powers then his base Physical strenght. Mob is essentialy the exact opposite.(He is a geek that has Psychic powers and tries to deal with his School Life and fight other Espers). But that is all im gonna say and its a 100% yes to you reacting to it.
