This is his actual voice. His high voice is called “Counter Tenor”. I’ve never heard anyone, especially other singers, say he was imitating anyone. He has many songs with a high & low voice. Plus Italians say his diction is perfect. I agree I’ve never heard a singer like this that can go from different ranges so flawlessly. He’s is from the Philippines & was homeless for many years & never learned English. He’s been on AGT 3 times. His voice is extraordinary.

Marcelito Pomoy is the master in switching voices in a split second, no effort whatsoever. He could do any music, he does it all. He is really something else, he's another world. He's a brilliant singer, he's not an imitator. This guy sings even though he's imitating someone else, it's his signature, it's his style, it's him, it's Marcelito Pomoy. Take note, he never ever had a real training in singing, he's self-taught. How is that possible? Well, it's called a God-given talent.

He speaks very little English and he is married now has a three-year-old daughter is there any chance that she could have some of his talents and always remember chills are real

Your reaction was priceless! It's my understanding that Marcelito Pomoy taught himself this song by listening to and mimicking a recording. His performance is gorgeous considering that he requires a translator to carry on a conversation in English even though he understands it well but has trouble speaking it. He speaks the Philipino broken english, but being self taught is also singing in English, Italian, Spanish and Chinese. Possible more by now. He grew up on the streets from age 7, and now is married and a father! His ambition serves him well in whatever he does!

Almost all male singers cannot produce the same tone as great female singers. At least I have never seen a male singer singing her song with the same tone as Celine Dion. But it's easy for Marcelito who can produce a variety of voices. What's more, he can also produce very attractive male voices, and can instantly switch between male and female voices to sing. I think he is the only singer who can do such an amazing thing.

Let's see he is imitating...... He is imitating two of the most greatest voice in the world. Just think about it people.

He doesn't have Celine's outrageous diva tone. If you listen to his other Celine covers, it sometimes lacks certain voice effects like lingering longer or stress on a note. That's Celine's character&style but Marcelito does a great imitation of her voice.
