The fact that Jin started with NO singing background or training at the age of 20 after being scouted, and he's now grown into this amazing vocalist is so impressive. He's worked tirelessly to improve his vocal techniques and control, and it SHOWS. He's so inspiring!

Actually NONE of the singers had any training or experience in singing and only Jimin and JHope had dance experience. And RM and Suga had rap experience. That’s amazing to think of.

Its hard work, the fact that he has been training 10 years tirelessly, it would be impossible NOT to see any results.

the fact that jin don't recognize how good he is and is always saying that his vocals are "just normal and not powerful" let me sad, bc omg he is awesome!!!!!!!

Jungkook once said, he cannot sing what Jin sings. And that's the beauty. They all can do things that the others can't do, have all very different vocal colours. And still they harmonize so prettily

Jin has the most beautiful, soulful and powerful voice in my opinion. It's a shame that he still thinks lowly of himself when it comes to his vocal abilities..

@@JordanSmithy actually jin is only bts member acclaimed by recording panel as silver voice. He and jungkook has the most stable voice according to critics. He hits G5 in three songs with mixed G5 including F5 which is highest in bts. Some songs of his which has his incredible adlibs going G5 is underrated or ignored. He truly has done hard work to improve it.He switches between G5 to F5 so easily and other range too but no one seems to acknowledge that.

Jin has a very beautiful voice, and expresses everything he feels. It should be more recognized.

Jin is the one who usually sings with the most passion in BTS. He has a beautiful voice and is able to reach very beautiful high notes. His voice also has a lot of power.

He is very skilled singer. I see him like an athlete singer. Trained and studied hard on his craft! Even his vocal teacher said jin's voice completely transformed. He is a singer! legit powerhouse singer!

Jin has grown into an amazing vocalist. His falsetto is so delicate and has learn excellent control. This should have been titled, came to BTS with no experience as a vocalist. But look at him now!

Jin has such a beautiful voice. He kills the silver high notes especially high power notes, but the smooth richness of his natural range is just stunning.

jin voice is the reason I start stanning bts, I was just a casual listener until I heard epiphany and felt in love with his voice

Haters just can't accept the fact that BTS is so talented. Jin is actually very talented and unique. I love his voice very much.

You can find his voice teacher being interviewed on KZread. She said he had improved the most of all the members. She deserves kudos for helping him discover his voice. He had no idea he could sing. She "pulled" that gorgeous voice out of him. Watch "House of Cards". His soulful jazzy tones are so very lovely to hear!

Jin is an incredible singer, and it is even more amazing if you know he started with 0 backgrown in singing. He's superb!!

That's the thing with BTS, there's no weak link. I think they're saying he's the weakest only because he didn't have any background in singing before joining BTS, but that's about it. He's improved so much and has proved everyone that he's more than capable.

Jin is a vocalist with experience of almost 10 years now, and some people have audacity to bring up his background before BTS? He learned from zero and now he is 100 , he's not weak, he is one of the strongests, his technic is perfect and he has super strong falsetto and even stronger head voice with high notes and his mixed voice is just honey. whoever calls him weak has no idea what singing is

yeah. actually it's a title filled with sarcasm.

Jin was picked mostly on his visual appeal but because he had no singing background his early vocals weren't terrible but no where near the powerhouse he is today. If you watch their earlier songs and then listen to them now, IE: N.O. or We Are Bulletproof pt. 2 which was 2014(?) VS their staging for it during MAMA 2019 you'll see a huge improvement in all of the boys - not just Jin. Jin's solo songs Awake and Epiphany are in my top list of songs I love because of the emotion he puts into the lyrics and ability to connect with us fans. It makes me really happy to see locals falling in love with his voice because he and RM were shit on quite a bit for being the weakest vocal/worst dancers by people who were determined to hate on them.

Jin’s solo songs are a few of my favorite songs from bts (I’m biased because I love all of their songs) but Jin’s song and voice in particular are some of the greatest songs I love to listen to... I think people think that jin is the weakest is because he started from zero and compared to the other vocalists he has the least lines (at least in the begining) because he was still learning how to actually sing compared to the other vocalists who already started out in their crafts as a vocalist

Jin is never been a weak vocalist ,I'm attracted and love his voice the most especially his emotion in his voice when he sings in his solo songs👌💜💜🥰

@@winkswinks5173 to be honest there is no way to rank vocalists in group, despite jk who is obviously the most stable. jimin, tae and jin are so unique, that you can't compare them. and they are all great. and jhope can be a vocalist too. so I'd not say 'second best vocalist'. just 'unique and great vocalist from BTS'. plus everyone say 'jin didn't have singing background'. he at least got vocal lessons. and quite for a long time before debut. jimin didn't have singing background and didn't get vocal lessons for a long time, so who had it harder, jin who at least knew techniques how to not ruin his vocal cords, or jimin who couldn't talk after the concerts during debut times...

Jin said his vocal is just simple but little did he know, he is doing great job. His tone and passion makes him so endearing. His forte is acting as graduating with an acting degree. He is scouted for his looks to be part of BTS before so his training vocally is tough. His belt and mix are lovely. His famous Bb5 mixed note is great. I love him. His head voice is really great and such a sweet tenor.

BTS songs wouldn’t be complete without Jin! His vocals are beautiful! He brings it and should be proud of himself as we all are of him!!

I'm so proud of Jin. His voice teacher said he is the "Most Improved Student" she has ever had. She said when she first started working with him all he could do is shout. Jungkook said Jin would practice even in his sleep!

You must watch them performing their first song, No More Dream. You’ll see Jin doing his best to be badass. Fortunately they moved away from Hip hop and now Jin is their go to singer when they want to play on our emotions. He has found his niche and he knocks our socks off with his vocals. Weak is Jin's self proclaim only 😆 he is actually genious(and works harder than anyone). He is the most consistent member of BTS, both physically and mentally. And not mention his ability of being like a comedian. The most wins in Run BTS, games king. Can you imagine a guy who played so much video games and at the bottom of academic status, all of a sudden become a top student just because he thought he should enter an famous university?? Genious! And all he care is just stay simple and positive.......and humble.

Jin is incredible.. for me he is the most passionate performer live and he is of course my bias... i think the title of this is a bit misleading.... i have always taken it as a touch of sarcasm aimed at the fools saying this about him in the past... clearly the clips show him killing it as he always does live.
