    Consuming that little calories a day is unhealthy. As a general rule, people need a minimum of 1,200 calories daily to stay healthy. should at least put a disclaimer in the video

    I think they track wrongly. Also I believe all of them are healthy. U see no one perfectly eats the same amount of cals per day. U see them do this in 24h, for all we know the next day all of them have Eatbook shoots and they are 3k cals. It valences out to 1.5k or so idk but it’s what happens at the end of the whole long period that matters

    This whole “I MUST BURN THE EXACT NUMBER OF CALORIES I TAKE IN” is so illogical and unhealthy tbh. It doesn’t mean much

    actually its not. neither is it illogical and/or unhealthy to do the opposite of it. the only danger is to associate, without context, that doing it (or NOT doing it, for that fact) is illogical and unhealthy for no reason at all. which is one of the things youre doing

    is counting calories a normal thing to do? isn't it very unhealthy

    Tracking your daily calorie intake helps you see how much you are eating, from there you could adjust two things: 1. Calorie intake (how much energy you get from the food you eat) 2. Calorie expense (how much energy you use from exercise or basal metabolism) If your goal is to lose weight, make sure calorie intake is slightly less than your caloric expense and vice versa Personally think it helps in achieving fitness goals while still allowing us to eat our favorite food (without the need to swap out high-calorie food completely) So yeah don't think it's unhealthy as long as we don't feel pressured by the numbers

    Where you did your exercise is where I did just now also .. but at Punggol plaza , tonight 1 session can actually lose you about 400-450 kcal. And I went 2 sess 1 morning and 1 night. And with some walk and cycle . I total up about what I loss is 1358kcal in 1 day

    Bs Bruh unless your F45 class is like 1-1.5h of continuous intensity you don’t burn as much as you think. Power output determines the amount of cals you burn and unless you are seriously exerting yourself to the absolute max, you don’t necessarily burn a lot of cals. If I’m not wrong F45 is last 30mins from Chiaras watch? Unless I saw wrongly

    @@poopleh9163 maplek. I went for 2 classes today . 1 at morning and 1 at night . Every set makes me lose about 400-450kcal from Apple Watch. So just x2 max can be about 900 and the other kcal lost is me by walking and cycling on the very same day

    all the exercise is unnecessary lol most people don't eat so much as to be in an energy excess above our BMR & that's how we maintain our weight day to day
