This is the Omega Ranch that was run by the World Health Organization but was then bought by Hugh Darrow. The WHO is run by the infamous Illuminatus, Elizabeth DuClare meaning she knows exactly what's going on at the Omega Ranch. This track goes great with rain and thunder playing the background.
General tips: Clear out the security office/barracks first before dealing with the guys in the courtyard. Find a nice spot and do I&I on the guys in the courtyard. With that done you can either shut the bots down or switch them to your side depending on play style.
