    Good approach. I fear that many of the policies would not fly in the US because of "personal rights". We have evolved into a nation that cannot help our lowest.

    You made my day! Marijuana is illegal. My understanding is that the maximum penalty for consuming marijuana is 10 years jail, similar to drugs like heroin or cocaine. Note: I have no comment on what substances (if any) should be legal.
