Honestly CNA should focus on the 2nd couple more, they are the ones that the current generation must learn from. Including me, this is the ultimatum level of loyalty

The mature couple boon and Jo are amazing, the woman is very wonderful and hardworking and you can see it has taken a toll on her, but I'm happy she still carries on her vows, boon the guy is a trooper he is inspirational but does need to tell his wife that he loves her and appreciates her and her efforts, I'm proud of you both.

Asha is so brave to be honest on camera about such a difficult and personal issue. I admire her courage. And so brilliant of her to channel her suffering into something positive! What an inspiration! Hirman is a good man.. and his love for cats is very cute. Haha.

dear Boon, you are a blessed man, for God has given you a woman described in Proverbs 31: The Virtuous Wife 10 Who can find a virtuous wife? For her worth is far above rubies. 11 The heart of her husband safely trusts her; So he will have no lack of gain. 12 She does him good and not evil All the days of her life. 13 She seeks wool and flax, And willingly works with her hands. 14 She is like the merchant ships, She brings her food from afar. 15 She also rises while it is yet night, And provides food for her household, And a portion for her maidservants. 16 She considers a field and buys it; From her profits she plants a vineyard. 17 She girds herself with strength, And strengthens her arms. 18 She perceives that her merchandise is good, And her lamp does not go out by night. 19 She stretches out her hands to the distaff, And her hand holds the spindle. 20 She extends her hand to the poor, Yes, she reaches out her hands to the needy. 21 She is not afraid of snow for her household, For all her household is clothed with scarlet. 22 She makes tapestry for herself; Her clothing is fine linen and purple. 23 Her husband is known in the gates, When he sits among the elders of the land. 24 She makes linen garments and sells them, And supplies sashes for the merchants. 25 Strength and honor are her clothing; She shall rejoice in time to come. 26 She opens her mouth with wisdom, And on her tongue is the law of kindness. 27 She watches over the ways of her household, And does not eat the bread of idleness. 28 Her children rise up and call her blessed; Her husband also, and he praises her: 29 “Many daughters have done well, But you excel them all.” 30 Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing, But a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised. 31 Give her of the fruit of her hands, And let her own works praise her in the gates.

Oh I wish I could hug these people. You guys are all so strong. *Edit* I wish the Filipino vet would have known interfaith marriages can be registered under civil law in Singapore. The muslim may remain muslim and the other party may remain whatever faith they practice. It would have been a great alternative for their circumstance.

Phobepotatoegirl Pretty In Islam, both the man and woman marrying have to be muslim in order for the marriage to be valid. But of course,we should never force other people to convert to islam.Even before converting, one has to declare again that he/she has converted by their own will and not through force.

Is it free marketing of her company?? Im sure there are other love stories that are more worthwhile to be featured. CNA please do more of your homework properly can? That being said, thank you very much to the feature of the other couples though.

I went through the whole video and figured that the whole point of the video is to show the struggles of being married. Singaporeans often do not disclose the negative perspectives of marriages due to embarrassment and pride, hence, the video title is Marriage Confessions. The first couple is so out-of-place compared to the rest of the couples. No mention of any struggles, be it emotional or familial. I am very sure that even upper middle or upper class families have their own struggles and that is an interesting aspect to explore but CNA insider just did a terrible job to portray that, a shame.

Marriage is personal relationship with human while religion is personal relationship with God. This 2 things should not be mixed up and conflicting. The Sing guy should just married Filipino vet without push her to convert her religion.

I've been subscribed to *BOTH CNA & CNA Insider* & I just cannot get enough of the amazing content *ESPECIALLY from CNA INSIDER* because of videos like this one that I'm almost done watching. Much like the episode that I was watching directly before THIS video, there's something so incredibly amazing as well as special about Singapore as a country & the people who live there whether they were born & raised there or if they came to work or vacation & fell in love like the beautiful people sharing their stories in this particular episode of *"On the Red Dot"* BUT WHAT I think that I'm trying to say in my VERY LONG & RAMBLING FILLED comment, is that the rest of the world could stand to learn a thing or two from this country as a whole in general........ ........when it comes to how this very beautiful melting pot of a country operates & the beautiful hearts of those who call Singapore *home* it truly & wholeheartedly makes my heart smile as well as the fact that it makes me want to move there. I know I'm rambling & I'm probably being a bit on the repetitive side BUT THAT'S BECAUSE OF WHAT SHINES THROUGH from the people who live there. ❤ I've been to a few different country throughout my 40+ years of life BUT sadly as well as strangely, I've never been to Singapore, not even if I had to make a connecting flight. The funniest part of what I just said is that I actually speak Malay and I also speak a bit of Cantonese. I think that Malay & English are the 2 most spoken languages followed closely by Mandarin. I can speak just a little bit of Mandarin where I can greet people as well as say goodbye & I can also speak the top few phrases that show good manners. I hope one day that I'm able to make my dream of going to Singapore for about a month, maybe even a little bit longer. I've just had 3 tumors removed in a fairly recent surgery so I have to get a bit stronger before I can actually fly. I've never had any issues with altitudes but it can be a bit of a headache, so to speak, when you're immune system is comprised like mine is. I wouldn't normally vacation anywhere for more than 2 weeks BUT there's just so many beautiful things to try to enjoy in just a 2 week period. I want to see some religious sites & of course, I really REALLY want to dive into the absolutely amazing food culture. We have a couple of street/truck food locations owned/operated that DO make home cooking & even though they have delicious food, going to Singapore for the true & in person experience because I just think it tastes a million times better when you eat a dish in it's true home origin. I'll finish by saying once again that I'm truly sorry for the insanely long post BUT whenever I get really enthusiastic about something, this is what tends to happen when I type a post BUT I ALSO WANTED TO SAY THAT I don't usually post comments this long. With that being said, I really want to say *THANK YOU to CNA/CNA INSIDER* for making such amazing content. Keep up all of your amazingness........with much love from Canada, Nancy.

Attention all GUYS Firstly , I just got divorced. Sadly I was not given any monies for the matrimonial flat. Reason because I trusted my ex wife by asking her to pay the mortgages and she was a foreigner. Whether she is a foreigner or not. My advice to all the GUYS IN SINGAPORE DON LET YOUR WIFE HANDLE THE PAYMENT OF YOUR MATRIMONIAL PROPERTY CAUSE IF YOU DIVORCE MOST LIKELY THE COURT WILL GIVE TO HER. DON LISTEN AND YOU WILL REGRET
