You’ve gained an ardent follower. I am a casualty of betrayal. I remained married to the narcissist while he carried on his affair with his skank. I had no job no skills no money, he controlled everything. I stayed because I needed to get my 3 daughters educated. Today they are all powerful career driven successful women. I finally divorced him 10 yrs ago and charged the mistress with the alienation of affection lawsuit. I won the case. It wasn’t about the money, it was about bringing the perpetrators to accountability. I’m still healing, I still have triggers about the abuse I suffered. May healing come to all those women who have been betrayed 🙏❤️🙏

My biggest advice to all couples is to make sure you are up to date with what's going on with the finances, make sure both your names are on all equities, do not allow your spouse to solely manage the finances. When I found out my husband was cheating I thoroughly audited all of our accounts and real estate, researched my state divorce laws, changed all the locks on the house, and hired an attorney prior to confronting him, that way he didn't have time to clean out the accounts, or pull anything ..So grateful to be away from him, life is amazing now..

Think of someone in your life who you observe to be kind, caring and loved by all those around. Now imagine one person, maybe even your child, who comes to you accusing that the highly liked person, with whom you have been close to for years, has shown signs of cruelty. Because you, and everyone else experiences nothing but caring from the individual, you would likely assume the accuser is mistaken or perhaps even jealous. The person observing the cruel side often says nothing to no one, seeing that everyone else sees nothing but goodness. “What’s the point, no one will believe me”. The cruel person often prepares others that one person has shown signs of jealousy. The covert narcissist chooses one individual around whom they allow their true selves out while relishing the power and control in the knowledge that the one individual will never be believed.

I can't tell other women how to spot scammers but if a man tells you "Our two hearts beat as one" that's a clue. I've never heard a man actually say that and I was married for 31 years before my husband died. If he tells you that you are the most beautiful woman in the world, unless you really ARE the most beautiful woman in the world, that's a clue. If you've never met but he immediately starts telling you how much he loves you, that's a clue. If he asks you to marry him after you've known him for a few weeks, that's a clue. If he calls you his queen, that's a clue. If he never calls you by your name but rather always calls you darling or wife or dearest, that's a clue because he has more than one woman on the string and he doesn't want to get mixed up and call one of those women by the wrong name so he just calls all of them Queen or some such ridiculous name. And certainly THE VERY FIRST TIME HE ASKS YOU FOR MONEY, that's a clue. Are you asking HIM for money? If not, why would he think it was okay for him to ask YOU for money. And if he asks you for money, that's the time for you to stop worrying about whether he's "real" or not and just dump him because he's a real mooch. He tells you he's a surgeon or an engineer or some other high-paying job but he has to beg for money to purchase his child a computer or to buy himself a new phone or to buy FOOD for himself. REALLY? A man in his 50's or 60''s and he cannot feed himself? Even if he's real, he's a loser who resorts to asking a total stranger for money. Kick him to the curb!

Well, we have 2 houses - one in Finland and on in the south of France. When my husband was working i was going to France every other month for a month because well, i do not like cold and dark and someone had to look after the house. Now since he retired and we live in the south of France all the time i go back to Finland every second month for 3-4 weeks because i miss Finland and my children are there and he does not like cold. Nobody is cheating because we are not interested in it - no one will do any better. I guess people start cheating when they think they can do better, long distance has nothing to do with anything. People may cheat even if they live with u in the same house. They say they go on a work trip, or gym, or whatever - u can not know where your spouse is all the time.

Sadly she was too hasty to introduce her young son to this new man and have him refer to a newly acquired lover as his dad.. Its great to have love at first sight ,but you should never bring your children into that new relationship without the test of time. If the new partner is making negative comments towards your children that should be red checkered flag that comes down on that relationship and should bring it to an end . As a parent you should always believe your children and validate their experiences if the child tells you of negative experiences. Sometimes parents are blinded by new found lust or love bombing that they ignore what their children are experiencing with the new partner. She was married to a man who was malignant narcissist from day one and showed her what he wanted her to see. I hope her son has been able to forgive his mother failure to protect him from that twisted narc.

He was an agressive, abusive, diseased LOWLIFE who I later learned had been cheating with lots of other women, while he claimed he was travelling for work. Found pics on his phone at the end of young teenage girls I believe he was messing with too. He was a monstrous THING. When all came out I believe the other stayed with him, and good luck to her, she will end up with AIDS. I have learned that monsters truly do exist.

Totally alone and healing for a good two years. My life was given supporting his career which meant travelling to Africa and dubai. It was hard but I did it. Now at 62 I am dissabled and he never looked back. But I found that strength that I had as a child with polio when I entertained so many other children with my antics. I have since dealt with cancer and I am proud of who I am and who I always was, just lost it caring for him as we do. I am going through divorce and have yet to deal with monies. I live in the home I have always worked hard to keep. Just me and my little dog whom I love dearly. Have a good festive time everyone and treat yourself.

Just because you get married you don’t need to have joint accounts, his is his and yours is yours. This way no dipping into each other’s accounts, temptation is always lurking and you have to be smart and careful and honest with yourself and your partner.

Josh your a very good son to your Mom. I know I would be brave of you as your mom. I all so think your Mom is a very strong wonderful lady. What you three went through is just horrible. That man and his wife will get what they deserved. Believe this made national news and so many people know what he did. But I very disappointed in the justice system for letting him get away with what he has done. There was no justice in this case and the Judge should be so ashamed of hisself for letting that man walk away with what he did. He deserved the full 7 years. God Bless you all.
