Pwede naman siguro. Baka maiba lang ang lasa but it depends on you.

For me I want all meat dishes specially stews or saucy dishes to fall off from the bone. Mas naeenjoy ko kasi yung super lambot pati yung carrots at patatas mas ok ang overcooked for me.
