Great! If i make that kind of customized simulation how much time do i have to study the VC?

I use this software, in my work this simulation takes basic commands, it is not complicated but it is laborious, it takes time, it is more complicated to make operations with personal machinery. On the website they have excellent tutorials.

Is it possible to simulate fixing operations, e.g. operator fixing a panel with a screwdriver and 4 screws, etc.?

Yes, depends on how much you want to visualize. For example, a human resource can be given a "process" task that uses a specific tool for a certain period of time and perform pick and place tasks as well (pick and place top plate, pick and place screws, simulate drilling of screws using process). To get a sense of that process is easy to simulate. But if you need to track hand gestures, etc. then that naturally requires more work.
