Why don't you tack the image to a piece of carbon paper and run a pencil over it to trace the outline to the shoe? Would that be easier than all the cutting with an exacto? Just curious

Video was a lot of help didn’t want to mess up I have sum all white AF1 with stars on em I can try to make em ah 🍩 theme pink and brown with da stars sprinkles thanks gone be ah lit 🎁

Great job, but you forgot the two hairs on top of Homer's head, so he looks a bit off. Really good job though!
