2 liters of milk. 1 tsp salt. Put a pot of milk on the fire. Ginger root. Take a medium-sized piece. Peel the ginger. Grate the ginger on a fine grater. When the milk has warmed to about 80%, remove it from the heat. Add ginger to milk. Mix well. Cover with a lid and let rest for 30 minutes. 1 lemon. Squeeze out the lemon juice. Strain the milk through a sieve. Put the milk back on the stove. Add lemon juice. After a few minutes the milk will begin to curdle. Let cook for 3 minutes. Then turn off the stove and let stand for 10 minutes. Prepare a cup and a strainer. Transfer the curd mixture. Leave on for an hour. Beat the curd mass with a mixer. Slice fresh bread.
