Details can be overwhelming but simplifying them can help to make a better painting. It's also my way of trying not to paint a perfect painting every time, let go and enjoy the creative process.

Again, I love your palette of colours, it really suits the architecture. Also, the simplifying of details improves the painting. 'Less is More'! as they say. Your technique is great in my opinion and as I am lover of pen and wash building paintings I am very impressed. Well done!

Thank you so much for your support. Yes 'less is definitely more'. I used to do a lot of pen and wash building paintings when I first picked up watercolor again. I will still paint some pen and ink buildings in the future.
