This thing is straight up amazing!
The trash bag holder came in a small bag inside the trash can...it was not installed because the plastic part cannot be installed because it DOES NOT FIT....would press harder but the thin flimsy can would break.
Am I taking crazy pills? The liners for the 10L step (R Type) have to be wrestled over the plastic inner bin to the point that I'm worried about it breaking. Then you can still see the liner when the can is closed.

Well it's nice it hangs from the cabinet taking up no space in my small kitchen area. But yes the bags will show.

The compost bin is nice and hides the bags. If you don't need to save space get one of their big cans with a foot pedal so you can stick the compost bin on the side. The dish rack compact is nice too, the water drains nicely
My 6L simple human can always shows bag overhang. I think only the big cans hide the bag overhang. False advertising. You make it seem like all of them hide the overhang...

I like the cans but simple human ought to do a better job of their marketing. I would buy cookies & cream trash cream liners or even a different scent. Maybe a variety pack of different scents. Ones that Glad and Hefty doesn't have...
Simplehuman cans are too expensive and bad quality. Buy Tramontina! Heavy and durable!
What would be good here would be a bit less hype and a bit more information. Like, literally, a slow and complete demonstration. Because your custom fit liners seem to barely do that. I think you are making assumptions about how to use them that you aren't thinking about because you work there.
