A tip from me. I would install a metal strip (aluminum or copper) inside the cyclone in my project because of the static discharge and the associated explosion hazard. This metal l strip I would connect to ground potential.

My friend is good design so far take time one small question those pipes there over size how you going to fit that into the vacuum cleaner are you magician or you shop is extra large we mix all that where is the rest connections I like to see that I’m in london at the moment but I like to take that design to colombia is planty carpenters there but most of the shop are full of wooden dust apart from that they never used protection like aprons or gloves or glasses okey my friend let me know second part from that video

Are they still manufacturing that MDF with Urea Formaldehyde glue? If so, I think it's wise to get some dust extraction included in the manufacturing process. Breathing that in, maybe even skin contact, can't be a good thing

I Love your Projekt. Can you give us some plans / Dimensions ? I will try to do the same for my Workshop

Thank you very much, the plan is not yet ready but i will make the plan after all is fixed. Next project i make drums and assemble them all.

I know but I try to make it with HDPE more easy maintenance and durable. Before this i try with almunium plate but not durable like HDPE.

What's the use of this thing? And why didn't you show his modus operandi?

i need 1 part again for operand this tools. this is cyclone dust separator, separating the heavy waste material from the fine dust, before the airflow passes through the fan.
