Unoccupied bed is vacant (empty) doesn't have any specific angle (it isn't propped up). It's rather cardiac bed that you prop it up to 45° or 90°. I hope you hit the like button of the video and subscribe if you haven't done so already. ☺

They are all cotton made bed sheets. The major difference is that, the one the patient lies on is called bottom sheet while the one that covers the patient is top sheet. In bed making, the bottom sheet is laid with the wrong side (where the seams are) facing down while the top sheet should have the wrong side up; to prevent irritating the patient. Also if one sheet appears to be more neat, the neat one should be used as top sheet and the less neat one, bottom sheet.
Please , is the pink sheet the counterpane?

No it doesn't. It's a cardiac bed that has an angle of 90°C or anything other angle below that.
