Oh hell the ole marijuana smell which is arbitrary and irrelevant, the officer was nowhere near the car, literally had already pulled in Walgreens and officer then profiled it, AFTER THE CAR WAS PARKED AND HE EXITED the cop then lights up a parked car, and being parked and walked in was no traffic stop, the officer should have said “you have a brake light out, get it fixed”. ALL THIS CAUSE COPS TRIPPIN ON BRAKE LIGHT! This case will indeed get dropped. Waste of tax payer money. 99% chance it would have been a warning too. I've never had a cop give me a ticket for a head light or break light. They always say to get it changed as soon as possible. Now if you get caught a week later for the same light then they'll probably give you a ticket
