It was treated as reversal of expense which we had created in first JE of invoice receipt

CS expense Dr. 3lcs Accrued Expense Cr. 3lcs (After getting the whole period invoice) CS expense Dr. 3lcs Accrued Expense Dr. 3lcs Prepaid CS Expense Dr. 3lcs To Nahakriwala Cr. 9lcs Reversal entry would be Debit naukariwala with 9lcs To Bank After getting the whole service for the prepaid month prepaid expense should be credited with debiting CS expense.. If I'm not wrong??

Can't we pass a combined journal entry like Dr. CS EXPENSE 300000 Dr. Accrued expense 300000 Dr. Prepaid expense. 300000 Cr. Bank 900000

Yes you can pass it but it might have made complicated journal for others that's why to simply it, I have shown separately
