Suddenly 5th minute the interview flips
Hi sir can you give me a suggestion please . I am working with genpect in 4 months only. And i am left the job proper resignation serve 1 month notice period. So genpect will consider me ya not for rehiring. My last working day augest 2022

If you served the entire notice period, they should reconsider you, however it will be a question for sure why you left so early last time

@@CorporateWala sure sir actually that time my mother was admitted in hospital. And she is admitted in 5 months in there. So they were nt provided to me LWP. So I quite my job. I am serve my 1 month notice period
Hello sir, I had a 2 round interview in R2R on 26.06.23 in genpect but i dont recieved any call or mail from genpact. How i get to know that i got selected or not.

Can you please take me interview?
Just wanted to ask that if a person got an experience in accounts payable or AR so can he switch to RTR by making RTR CV?? The main concern is Back ground verification part. Will that be a problem?? Person is having 5-6 years od exp in AP domain and made CV for RTR and he cracked the interview and got the job, so in future the problem can arise?? During BGV?

The main issue is your knowledge, they will expect you to be at a certain level of knowledge and practical experience, if you are able to convince the interviewer that you are the right person for the position them there should not be any issues
